Our history

Originally founded in 2002 as Novum Consulting, the company became Jobselect AS in 2006 and now operates as an independent, locally active brand.

Over time, we grew.
More assignments, more industries, and increasingly strong collaborations with both small and large companies.
But the core has always remained the same: delivering the right people to the right jobs, in a way that creates value for everyone involved.

Today, Jobselect is the only employment agency of its scale in Norway managed by a person of non-Norwegian origin.

We provide temporary staffing solutions, leasing employees to companies for projects of varying duration based on demand.

We usually respond within a few days. If your profile matches our needs, we’ll schedule a meeting with you.

Qualify

Schedule a meeting with us, either online or at our office.

Your qualifications are important, but so are your attitude and goals. That’s why we hold interviews in your native language whenever possible: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English or Norwegian.

This helps us get to know who you really are, beyond language barriers, cultural differences and the extra stress they can cause.
